"This is one of the finest things I've read. Once you start reading it, you won't be able to put it down."
Dr. Shelton Smith

The greatest truth ever spoken for the good of mankind is what the Bible calls  “the gospel of the grace of God.”

Keeping Grace in the Gospel returns readers to that truth by directing them back to the unadorned Gospel revealed in Scripture. In a world crowded with religious noise, this book calls Christians to guard the simplicity of salvation found in the Person and work of Christ alone.

Using Scripture, Dr. Shepler exposes how additions to grace, such as works, rituals, moral effort, or religious performance, turn the Good News into a counterfeit message with no power to save. Salvation rests entirely on the finished and substitutionary work of Jesus Christ: His death for our sins, His burial and His triumphant resurrection. Nothing can be added, and nothing must be earned.

Throughout this book, readers are shown how to discern false gospels by being firmly rooted in the true Gospel. Keeping Grace in the Gospel urges Christians to proclaim the Gospel of the grace of God plainly and rest fully in the sufficiency of Christ’s finished work.

Like a wildfire out of control, Calvinistic theology has invaded many of our churches today. Some see it as representing the true theology of the historic Christian faith. Others view it as an aberrant form of the Christian faith. Which one is right? Does Calvinism truly represent the biblical position of the Word of God, or is there error in its theological persuasion?

Forewarned and Forearmed will walk you through the five major tenets of Calvinistic theology often represented by the acronym TULIP. It will explain what Calvinists mean and teach by each of them. It will also expose Calvinism's error and show how it is truly misaligned with the clear teaching of the Bible.
